Topics to be considered include: business ethics; dispute resolution; intentional torts; negligence and strict liability; criminal law and procedure; contracts, sales, warranties, and products liability; negotiable instruments; bankruptcy; employment law; labor law; business organizations; consumer law; and real property law.
